Conference language

The conference language is English.

Application and registration

If you wish to attend the conference and/or submit a paper or if you only want to be currently  informed, please fill in the Application form. A personal user page will be created for you with a personal password sent to you by e-mail.


Having filled in the Registration form, you only will indicate your serious interest in the conference and it will be a binding act.

Paper submission

Contributions will be presented as lectures and posters. Authors should indicate the preferred form of presentation however the Scientific committee reserves the right to make the final decision.


All papers must be submitted only with use of the Application form.


Every application has to be accompanied by one page summary in English (see Instructions for authors below) uploaded on-line via the personal user page (login).

Application of a paper without summary will not be considered.


The deadline for submission of oral or poster presentation is November 30, 2014.
Posters may be accepted up to the beginning of conference, but only those received by November 30, 2014 will be included into the Programme and the conference Book of Abstracts.


At least one of the authors must register as a participant and settle the registration fee before

January 31, 2015, otherwise the paper will be withdrawn from the Final programme.


Authors may update the original summary via their user page before November 30, 2014. However it is not possible to change the title of the presentation. In such cases and after November 30, 2014 please contact the Organising committee by e-mail on

Instructions for authors

The summary (one page, English) has to be prepared according to the instructions How to prepare the summary.


Template of summary:

How to prepare the summary (MS Word, *.doc);

How to prepare the summary (Adobe PDF, *.pdf).


The author is responsible for the text of his/her summary and its appropriate graphical design.
The summary that does not meet the requirements given in Instructions for authors will not be accepted 

and the author will be notified.

Publication policy

All summaries of lectures and posters received before November 30, 2014 

will appear in printed Book of Abstracts.

On the basis of authors permission the presentations will be displayed at the Hydrogen Days website after the conference closure. 

Registration fees

The conference fee includes access to the scientific sessions and excursion, conference materials,

all meals including conference dinner and coffee breaks. Accompanying persons are allowed to take

part in excursion and all social events including conference dinner.

Approximate exchange rate 1 EUR = 27 CZK

 Cancellations and refunds

The registration fee will be refunded (with a deduction of 10 % to cover the handling costs) if participation

in the conference is cancelled in writing before February 15, 2015. No refund will be granted after this date.
